In 2021, the research and development of aluminum alloy for ultra-high thermal conductivity die casting was successful, and the thermal conductivity index reached 200W/(m.K). The product is mainly used in 5G communication, electronics, new energy vehicles and other fields.
In 2021, nine brands of cast aluminum alloy spectral analysis standard samples were successfully developed, and obtained the qualification of "developing and producing national standard samples" from the National Standards Committee.
In 2021, the "low-carbon A356 alloy" produced by 75% recycled aluminum will be successfully developed. The wheels produced by low-carbon A356 aluminum alloy have passed the verification of a world famous automobile manufacturer, and become the exclusive supporting supplier designated by Lizhong Wheel Group and CITIC Daika, realizing low-carbon green manufacturing of aluminum alloy wheels.
