After 38 years of dedicated development, Lizhong Alloy's products cover 4 categories of cast aluminum alloys, 7 series of wrought aluminum alloys, and more than 200 product brands including national standard, American standard, European standard and Japanese standard. In 2003, we innovated and developed the long-distance transportation and sales technology of aluminum alloy liquid in China. By 2021, the sales volume of aluminum alloy liquid of Lizhong Alloy Group will exceed 60% of the total sales volume. The raw material structure and product structure are reasonable. The proportion of pure aluminum, semi pure aluminum and recycled aluminum is 40%, 30% and 30%, which can meet the needs of all customers.

Innovative Products
High toughness and high strength (heat treatment free) aluminum alloy materials
The heat treatment free alloy materials developed by the Group have realized the substitution of new energy automobile structural parts "aluminum instead of steel" in the integration, large size, thin wall, complex structure and deformation prone to heat treatment of automobile parts, broken the foreign product monopoly and technical blockade in this field, and realized the localization of heat treatment free high-performance materials. While reducing the production cost and heat treatment cost of aluminum castings, it will play a vital role in promoting automobile lightweight, energy saving and emission reduction, increasing the endurance of new energy vehicles, and improving vehicle safety.
High thermal conductivity alloy
The high thermal conductivity die-casting aluminum alloy developed by the Group adopts proprietary purification technology, which replaces refined aluminum raw materials and greatly reduces the material cost of the alloy. This alloy has the advantages of high thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity and small linear expansion coefficient, and its performance indicators are far higher than the advanced level of the EU and the industry. Good mechanical properties, die-casting properties, machining properties and corrosion resistance are more suitable for structural parts with high requirements for heat conduction and conductivity, such as 5G communications, consumer electronics and other fields.
Aluminum alloy spectral analysis standard sample
The standard sample for spectral analysis of aluminum alloy developed by the Group with semi continuous casting process has passed the appraisal of the National Standards Committee. The successful development of aluminum alloy spectral analysis standard samples of various brands marks the comprehensive technical strength and advanced level of Lizhong Alloy Group.
Chip packaging materials
The silicon aluminum alloy developed and produced by the Group has high thermal conductivity and low density characteristics, as well as good thermal expansion matching with chip materials, and is widely used in electronic systems and high-power integrated circuit packaging for aerospace vehicles. The weight of our silicon aluminum alloy is only 1/3 of that of traditional materials, which can meet the requirements of continuous miniaturization, high integration and lightweight of electronic devices, and has matching thermal expansion and effective heat dissipation performance with the chip, thus improving the life of the chip. It is the preferred material for aerospace electronic systems and large integrated circuits.
