From March 16 to 18, a delegation of 7 people, including General Manager Hu Jinbao and Deputy General Manager Deng Zichao of FAW Foundry Co., Ltd., visited Baoding and successively inspected eight enterprises and factories, including Xushui Factory ,Shunping Factory of Longda Aluminum, Xushui Factory ,Shunping Factory of Great Wall Precision Automobile Die Casting, Jinggong Mold, Technology Research Center of Lizhong Group, Stone New Materials, and Lizhong Wheel of Baoding. President Du Yongli of Longda Aluminum, Vice President Guo Junhui Lu Deyu, the general manager of Seiko Die Casting, Liu Cong, the deputy general manager, and the main leaders of each unit were accompanied.

On the morning of the 16th, President Hu and his delegation first came to Xushui Plant, Baoding Base of Longda Aluminum, inspected the on-site production process control, process quality assurance, aluminum liquid delivery management and the operation of production information system, and visited the equipment operation, process control and on-site management of differential pressure, high pressure and gravity casting workshops in Seiko Die Casting Xushui Plant.

At the exchange meeting, President Du extended a warm welcome to President Hu and other FAW leaders for their visit to FAW. Longda Aluminum has been cooperating with FAW for nearly 20 years. The company has benefited from the support and trust of high-quality customers like FAW for many years of development. On behalf of Lizhong Group and Longda Aluminum, he expressed his heartfelt thanks to FAW Foundry. President Guo reported the overall operation of Lizhong Group ,Longda Aluminum and the supporting work of Tongfaw to the leaders present at the meeting.

President Hu affirmed the achievements of Longda Aluminum in strengthening production monitoring, improving quality management and developing lightweight new materials through information technology. He expressed that he would like to work with Longda Aluminum to study the deep application of new materials in casting products. It is expected that Baoding Base of Longda Aluminum will promote and apply new supporting technologies to Changchun Longda.

On the afternoon of the 16th, President Hu and his delegation went to Longda Aluminum Baoding Base · Shunping Factory for an investigation. Shunping Factory is a large-scale renewable aluminum production factory with capacity in North China. During the investigation, they conducted in-depth research on the production and operation of Shunping Factory and the development and trial production of new products, and then entered the precision die casting · Shunping Factory high-pressure and gravity casting production line for on-site visit and exchange.

After the visit, Hu pointed out that FAW Foundry and Seiko Die Casting were both casting enterprises that adopted the direct aluminum supply model earlier in the industry, and achieved good results in cost improvement and quality stability. This visit and exchange will be used to discuss more in-depth cooperation among the three parties in the future, so as to jointly help the development of China's automobile industry.

On the 17th, President Hu and his delegation respectively inspected four units of Lizhong Group's Technology Research Center, Stone New Materials, Baoding Lizhong Wheel, and Seiko Mold, and had detailed exchanges with the management personnel of each unit.
