On December 13, 2016, the Science and Technology Department of Hebei Province entrusted Baoding Science and Technology Bureau to organize and invite industry experts to carry out an acceptance review of the provincial innovation system construction project undertaken by Hebei Lizhong Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. After the project undertaking unit reported, inspected the site, reviewed the acceptance materials and answered questions, it agreed that the project passed the acceptance.

According to the evaluation of the expert group, Hebei Lizhong has established a relatively perfect scientific and technological innovation system, with reasonable and standardized use of funds. During the project, a number of patented technologies have been formed, and fruitful industry university research cooperation has been carried out.
