On July 11, 2016, the Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Conference was held in the Hebei Hall of Shijiazhuang, the provincial capital. A total of 20 innovation teams have won the commendation of high-level innovation teams named by the provincial party committee and provincial government. Hebei Lizhong Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd.'s "high-performance light metal materials industry university research joint innovation team" has won the commendation of high-level innovation teams. Zang Lizhong, the executive director of the group, took the stage to accept the award on behalf of the innovation team.
