From December 23 to 24, 2016, the 2016 Technical Quality Inspection System Working Conference of Lizhong Alloy Group, hosted by the Technical Research Center of Lizhong Alloy Group, was grandly held in Baoding, Hebei. Zang Ligen, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director, Group President and other leaders attended the meeting. The Technical Research Center of Alloy Group, various companies of the Group and other units sent personnel to attend the meeting. At the technical quality inspection work summary exchange meeting on December 23, the Technology Research Center and companies of the Group summarized and reported the implementation of technical and quality inspection problems in 2015 and the technical and quality inspection work in 2016. Participants discussed the new technologies, new processes and technical problems promoted by the Technology Research Center and companies, and determined the work ideas and methods. At the meeting, 11 technical problems and 17 promotion technologies were proposed. Zang Ligen, the chairman of the board of directors, made a summary speech at the meeting, pointing out that all companies should actively cooperate with the work of the Technology Research Center, and reward those who cooperate well. All companies are requested to put forward reasonable suggestions on technology research and development and technical services of the Technology Research Center. After this meeting, the Technology Research Center and the Management Center shall classify and summarize the proprietary technologies. On the morning of December 24, Mr. Gai Xiuying, from the Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was invited to give a metallographic knowledge training. The training content was in line with the actual needs of Lizhong Group in the detection and analysis of cast aluminum alloy products, and the training received the expected results. In the afternoon, representatives visited the Technology Research Center of Alloy Group and learned about the new R&D and testing equipment of the Group. At 14:30 p.m. on December 24, the 2016 technical quality inspection prize winning knowledge competition of Lizhong Alloy Group began. After oral and written answers, eight teams entered the second round of the competition. After snatching answers, six teams were selected to participate in the final. The final ranking was determined through the final risk questions. The board of directors and group leaders awarded prizes to the winners.

On December 13, 2016, the Science and Technology Department of Hebei Province entrusted Baoding Science and Technology Bureau to organize and invite industry experts to carry out an acceptance review of the provincial innovation system construction project undertaken by Hebei Lizhong Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. After the project undertaking unit reported, inspected the site, reviewed the acceptance materials and answered questions, it agreed that the project passed the acceptance. According to the evaluation of the expert group, Hebei Lizhong has established a relatively perfect scientific and technological innovation system, with reasonable and standardized use of funds. During the project, a number of patented technologies have been formed, and fruitful industry university research cooperation has been carried out.
